Shipping + Delivery

We are committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days after an order is placed.

  • If your order is placed after 12 PM on Friday, or Saturday - Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday. Holidays and weekends are not business days. We observe all federal holidays. 
  • Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items that are oversized, overweight or require multiple boxes.  In this instance, you'll receive an email and invoice for additional shipping costs. Once the invoice is paid, your shipment will go out.  
  • We use UPS and USPS for all shipments.
  • We verify all transactions before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates. 
  • Orders placed for the intent and purpose of reselling on third party sites may be flagged and will be canceled in order to protect certain dealer agreements.
  • We currently only ship to the United States, however at this time we do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska.
  • Elkmont is not a wholesaler. 
  • All products sold on our website and in store are new, unused and retain all original tags.

    Shipping Status

    Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.  Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

    Return Shipping

    Elkmont does not reimburse for any return shipping charges when a shipped online order item is returned. Unless the item is defective or damaged due to our packaging, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping.

     

     

    DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS: All order discrepancies, damages, defects or shortages must be reported to us within 3 days of order delivery. Please provide as much information as possible, including pictures of original packaging, damages, defects or any other pertinent details to help us assess any errors. 

    In-Store Pick Up 

    Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. 

    Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an Order Ready email.

    Please allow at least 24 hours for in store pickup.  Please allow up to 2 days during holidays. If you need your order sooner, please give us a call at 864-653-7002 to speak with our order fulfillment department and we will do what we can to expedite your pickup time.

    FAQs:

    When can I expect my order to arrive?

    Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. If your order is placed after 12 PM on Friday, it will be processed the next business day. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment. 

    What if my package is lost in the mail:

    We do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages. 

    Once we ship your item, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item does not arrive, please check with your post office for more information or to file a lost package claim, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help locate your package.

    Make sure at checkout your address is entered correctly. If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout and the item gets sent back to us, when we get the new address you will be charged for the additional shipping.
