We ship all orders via USPS to physical addresses only.

Elkmont Trading Company is committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days after an order is placed.

 ***PLEASE NOTE: Shipping promotions such as discounts or free shipping codes do not apply to oversized items, such as: Coolers, backpacks over 35L, planters, large framed pictures, paddles, Bogg Bags in multiple quantities, items requiring multiple boxes and any other items over 20 inches in length. PLEASE CALL FOR FREIGHT QUOTES on these items.

Free Shipping offers also apply only to USPS Priority 1-3 day, not express or overnight.***

  • If your order is placed after 12 PM on Friday, it will be processed on Monday. Holidays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all federal holidays. 
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will also be processed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).
  • Large, oversized, multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges.   • All orders are shipped via USPS. We only ship to physical addresses and cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time. 
  • We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.

      Shipping Status

      Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.  Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with a tracking number.

      ETC does not reimburse for any return shipping charges when an online order shipped item is returned. Unless the item is defective or damaged due to our packaging, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping.

       

       

       

       

       

       

      DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS: All order discrepancies, damages, defects or shortages must be reported to us within 3 days of order delivery. Please provide as much information as possible, including pictures of original packaging, damages, defects or any other pertinent details to help us assess any errors. 

      In-Store Pick Up 

      Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. 

      Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an Order Ready email.

      Please allow at least 24-36 hours for in store pickup, as we fulfill items from two store locations.  Please allow up to 4 days during holidays.

      If you need your order sooner, please give us a call at 864-653-7002 to speak with our order fulfillment department and we will do what we can to expedite your pickup time.

      CLEMSON: Mon - Fri 10AM- 7PM  /  Sat 10 AM-6 PM  /  Sun 12 PM-5 PM

      POWDERSVILLE: Mon - Fri 10 AM- 5 PM  /  Sat 10 AM-4 PM  

      When can I expect my order to arrive?

      Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. If your order is placed after 12 PM on Friday, it will be processed Monday. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided a tracking number via email within 24 hours so you can track the status of your shipment. You can expect it to arrive in 2-4 business days after it ships. 

      What is your return policy?

      Please email us at support@elkmonttradingcompany.com for any exchanges and returns.

      We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund of online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 14 days of order arrival, with the exception of final sale items (See below). The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. 

      All exchanges are final sale, unless the exchange is due to a defect or an issue on our end. Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. Shoes must be in their original packaging.

      All sale items are FINAL SALE (30% off or more, or with price ending in $.91) No price adjustments for previously purchased items. All refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days upon arrival back to us. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.

      Shipping costs are non-refundable. Elkmont Trading Company is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

      Why can't I process an exchange?

      We currently cannot process exchanges online at this time. If you are looking to order another item, we recommend placing a separate order before the item sells out, or you may bring it into the store for an exchange.

      What if my item is lost in the mail?

      Make sure at checkout your address is entered correctly. If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout and the item gets sent back to us, when we get the new address you will be charged for the additional shipping.

      Once we ship your item, we are not responsible for lost of stolen packages. If your item does not arrive, please check with your post office for more information or to file a lost package claim, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help locate your package.

      We do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
