Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with a tracking number.
ETC does not reimburse the customer for any return shipping charges when an online order shipped item is returned. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping.
In-Store Pick Up
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email.
Please allow 2 days for your order to be processed during regular season. Allow 3 days during holidays.
(Order must be placed before 2PM to be processed same day; if not, item will be processed the next business day)
Pick Up in Store- Items may be picked up during store hours:
Monday - Friday 10AM- 7PM / Saturday 10AM-6PM / Sunday 12PM-5PM.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. If your order is placed after 12 PM on Friday, it will be processed Monday. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email within 24 hours so you can track the status of your shipment. You can expect it to arrive in 1-3 business days after it ships.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for exchange only up to 30 days from date of shipment on items that are in new, unused condition and have all of the original tags attached. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale and therefore may not be eligible for returns. Click here for our full Return + Exchange Policy.
Why can't I process an exchange?
We currently cannot process exchanges online at this time. If you are looking to order another item, we recommend placing a separate order before the item sells out, or you may bring it into the store for an exchange.
What if my item is lost in the mail?
Make sure at checkout your address is entered correctly. If address is wrong and the item gets sent back to us, when we get the new address you will be charged for shipping. Once we ship your item, we are no longer responsible. If your item does not arrive, check in with your post office.
