Returns + Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund of online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 14 days of order arrival, with the exception of final sale items (See below). The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. 

 

In Store Returns

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items include masks, intimates, swimwear and all sale items discounted 30% off or more, or with price ending in $.91.

In store, we accept items back for store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Your store credit may be used online or at any Elkmont location. Please note that store credits expire 5 years from the date of issue. All items must be accompanied by a receipt and meet the return criteria listed below.

    Online Returns

    You may receive a full refund for all online orders within 14 days of delivery date, less original and return shipping fees. Any items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. Please see return criteria listed below for eligible returns and exchanges

    DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS: All order discrepancies, damages or shortages must be reported to us within 3 days of order delivery. Please provide as much information as possible, including pictures of original packaging, damages or any other pertinent details to help us assess any errors. 

    If your order does not meet our return policy guidelines, you will be asked to pay for the shipping cost of sending items back to you, or we can send the item(s) back with a future order.  

    To return/exchange online items, please email us at support@elkmonttradingcompany.com to receive your return label. 

    For items being returned by mail, we suggest using a reputable carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) along with having a tracking number.  We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.

    Processing Exchanges

    We currently cannot process exchanges online at this time. If you are looking to order another item, we recommend placing a separate order before the item sells out, or you may bring it into the store for an exchange.

    Gift Purchases

    Gift purchases will be issued a gift receipt and may be returned in the form of store credit. Please see return criteria listed below for eligible returns and exchanges. 

    Return Criteria

    • FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items include masks, intimates, swimwear and all sale items discounted 30% off or more, or with price ending in $.91.
    • Exchanges are also FINAL SALE.
    • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box. 
    • Item(s) with makeup, deodorant, detergent, perfume or similar product stains or scents are not eligible for return. 
    • All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.

    Please note: Items deemed Final Sale will not be accepted for return of any kind.
