Returns + Exchanges

We hope you enjoy your purchase. If not, please feel free to send it back to us!

Due to fast moving inventory and high demand for our products, we will not be able to process exchanges.  If you need a different size and/or color, we suggest that you re-purchase the item you are interested in (before it sells out) and then we will issue a store credit for the returned item as soon as we receive it. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of returned item(s). Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package for your return to be processed.  Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Orders are eligible for store credit if they are received within 30 days of the purchase date.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date – no exceptions.

Return Criteria

To return an item for store credit please fill out the return form that was included in your order and they must meet the following critieria:

  • Item(s) must be un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags attached. 
  • Intimates, swimwear, bodywear, headwear, last ones, and sale items 30% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  Orders with promotional codes and jewelry are returnable within 14 days for STORE CREDIT.
  • Item(s) returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains or scents will be returned to the customer with possible additional shipping charges.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return. The shoes will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email with your credit code.  Your credit code can be used in-store or through social media purchases. Store credits expire 5 years from the date of issue.

If your order does not meet our return policy guidelines, you will be asked to pay for the shipping cost of sending items back to you, or we can send the item(s) back with a future order.  We will hold all non-refundable orders for 30 days.  After 30 days, the item(s) will be donated.

For items being returned by mail, we suggest using a reputable carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) along with having a tracking number.  We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.

Drop your item(s) off with the original invoice and completed return form.  Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your item(s) for your return to be processed.
