To ensure your complete satisfaction, we readily accept returns for store credit or exchange under the following conditions:
- All items purchased at full price should be returned within 30 days to be eligible for in-store credit or exchange only (as printed on your Sales Receipt).
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF FINAL SALE ITEMS (Final sale items include items purchased at 30% off or more, undergarments and special orders).
- All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and, in the case of swimwear, the hygienic liner intact, and must be accompanied by the original store receipt. Store credit will not be issued for products that do not meet these criteria.
- We do not offer price adjustments to reflect any past or future sales or promotions.
- Special orders are non-returnable.
- We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking fee if the item is out of season.
- While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is a positive one.

Shipping is a flat fee of $15.00 on all orders within the US. Any purchase over $100 is FREE to ship, with the following exclusions: kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, paddles, fuel and coolers. Please contact us for rates on shipping outside of the US.
- Most orders placed before 12pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day.
- Please note, orders placed after 12pm EST Monday through Friday, may not be processed until the following business day.
- Orders placed after 12pm EST Friday generally will be processed on the following Monday. Holidays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all federal holidays.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
- Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information can be provided to you via email after your order is processed if requested.
- Large, oversized, multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping.
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We can ship to physical addresses and PO Boxes.
- We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.
